Gender justice ⚖️
Men and women are often represented streotypically according to the traits they are assumed to possess by virtue of their biological looks, not only men and women even transgenders. Gender stereotype is one of the most debatable concept and debated concept for a century.Every strong streotype may lead the gender to make determined efforts to Change it .We can say some important example of streotype in the India in the past was " sati " which means after the death of the husband the respected wife should undertake sati and the wife should sacrifices her life and another examples are dowry system, child marriage, the female child in the family should not go to the school etc. When we say gender justice , we must talk about the transgenders , they have been illtreated in society in many ways .As a law student I want to mention here that the law had made many changes in the system to eradicate the gender injustice .

In the society, there were many problems faced by the women before the independence , so the constitutional assembly decided and made a special provision for women in Constitutional law (Article 15(3)). Even we can see some more acts which has been implemented by the government like the domestic violence act , The muslim women protection of rights on divorce. Through these kinds of acts the parliament made a wonderful decision and support for the gender justice in a number of ways. Even the percentage of the women in the lok sabha also increased in last few years .
The ex CM & late Mr.karunanidhi as also gave a respect common name for the transgender as "Thirunangai" which made them to feel special in the society. Nowadays transgender also successfully achieve their goals.
I conclude my words by saying there is no one in the world to be discriminated based on their biological structure , everyone should be given a equal opportunity and the law also stated that every citizen of the country will be treated equally and it will protect every citizen of the country .
